Personal Terms of Use – Sweet Doll Designs

These creations are for personal use only as outlined below. They are not to be redistributed in any way, used for commercial purposes, or claimed as your own.

PERMITTED USES:

1. You may use and incorporate the Content in your personal scrapbooking layouts.

2. You may alter the Content by changing the size, color, adding to, or deleting from it.

3. You may use and incorporate the Content in customized (one-of-a-kind) scrapbooking layouts you create for others, whether or not you make a profit. However, the layouts must be provided to the client as a flattened, non-editable form, either electronically (jpg) or printed. Please note that Quick Pages, blog templates, and desktops are not considered flattened and non-editable. Sweet Doll Designs does not give permission for its items to be used to create such products.

4. You may use portions of this kit in your layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking and/or related magazines and e-zines for publication, as long as proper credit is given to Sweet Doll Designs and a link is provided to the store where you purchased the product and/or https://kcreative.studio/sweetdoll/. While credit for usage in an online gallery is appreciated, it is not required.

5. You may print a hard copy of the Content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects.

6. You may make a copy or copies of the Content solely for backup purposes, ensuring that you reproduce all proprietary notices on any backup copies.

7. You may use my products for tutorials, but you must direct your readers to my site(s) to upload or purchase the product. Sharing of my products is not allowed in any form.

PROHIBITED USES:

1. You may not do anything with the content that is not expressly permitted. You may not provide a copy of the Content, or any portions thereof, to anyone or allow anyone to gain access to the Content, or any portion thereof, except as permitted above.

2. You may not resell or redistribute my designs as clip art, digital scrap elements/papers/alphas/templates/quick pages on any site or in any store.

3. You may not use the content in design template applications for resale, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates.

4. You may not create print-on-demand items of any kind using my designs. The content may not be displayed on websites designed to induce sales of “print on demand” products, including candy wrappers, note cards, bookmarks, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters, and other items. This includes custom design websites as well as sites such as (but not limited to) Cafe Press, Etsy, Ebay, Teachers Pay Teachers, etc.

5. You may not claim the content or altered content as your own. You may not alter these graphics and pass them off as your own. You may not take any part of these graphics and add them to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.

6. You may not use the content or any part thereof as part of a trademark, design mark, trade name, business name, service mark, or logo.

7. You may not incorporate the content into any product that results in a redistribution of the Content (such as electronic greeting card websites).

8. You may not use the Content in a fashion that is considered pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or libelous in nature.

9. You may not use any image in the content that depicts a person to endorse a business, product, or service.

10. You may not remove any notice of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights from any place where it appears on or in the Content or its accompanying materials.

11. You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lend, include designs as part of a kit club or membership program, or otherwise distribute the Content.

12. You may not post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users.

13. You may not transfer the rights to the Content or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement.

14. You may not make any Content into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.

15. You may not offer Content on any web page for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group, or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise. This includes anything that you would deem as Fair Use. There is no reasonable application of scrapbooking materials that would fall under “Fair Use” guidelines.

16. You may not provide the editable pieces of the kit to anyone else under any circumstances.

17. You may not use content to create Quick Pages, Desktops, blog backgrounds, or any other item intended to be sold or given to the general public as a “freebie” on a blog or any other website. You may make these items for your personal use; however, you may not share them without first obtaining my permission.

Commercial Terms of Use – Sweet Doll Designs

All images and sample images, hereinafter referred to as “graphics,” are © Copyright 2023 by Sweet Doll Designs.

This license applies to products specifically packaged and labeled for “Commercial Use.” Sweet Doll Designs retains all copyrights and distribution rights to these graphics, characters, and designs.

By purchasing, you are granted the non-exclusive right to use these graphics for personal and limited commercial uses, subject to the following terms:

1) You may alter, colorize, resize, and modify any or all graphics to suit your needs, but you may not claim them as your own.

2) You may use these graphics to create personal, scrap-for-hire, and commercial scrapbooks, kits, elements, papers, and quick pages. However, commercially used graphics cannot be sold as a “standalone product.” They must be altered, flattened in jpeg or png format, or include other graphics or elements you designed before selling.

3) You may use these graphics to create a product for commercial sale, but customers must intend it for personal use, not resale. Making copies of these graphics or using them in mass-produced products is prohibited.

4) You can use these graphics to produce other products, excluding pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or libelous content. Prohibited uses include design template applications for resale and “print on demand” products. Original graphics cannot be stored on a network server, web server, or file-sharing network.

By purchasing these graphics, you agree to the above terms and abide thereby. Failure to comply may result in liability for copyright infringement.

These graphics are provided “AS IS” without warranty, implied, or express.
